Welcome to Visit Damascus Syria. By utilizing our overland transportation and transfer booking services, you agree to the following structural policies designed to ensure a secure, transparent, and reliable journey across the Levant region.

1. Booking & Confirmation Process All transportation requests submitted through our secure online inquiry forms are treated as provisional until thoroughly reviewed by our logistics team. A manual confirmation email containing your final vehicle details, specific route details, and exact pricing will be dispatched within 12 to 24 hours of submission. Your booking is officially secured only upon receipt of this final confirmation.

2. Payment Terms & Security To provide maximum financial flexibility and eliminate security concerns for international travelers, no advanced digital payments, credit card deposits, or upfront electronic transactions are required. All service fees are structured transparently and are payable exclusively in cash (USD, EUR, or local currency as explicitly agreed upon) directly to your professional driver upon the successful completion of your transfer or safe arrival at your destination.

3. Cancellation & Modification Policy We understand that travel itineraries to the Levant can change unexpectedly due to fluid flight schedules or border dynamics. Clients are kindly requested to notify our support team of any cancellations or schedule modifications at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. While no financial penalties or cancellation fees apply, timely notification is essential for us to optimize our professional drivers’ operational schedules.

4. Passenger & Luggage Responsibilities Passengers are strictly required to provide accurate counts of travelers and total luggage pieces during the initial booking process to ensure the allocation of an appropriately sized vehicle class. The transportation of undisclosed luggage that exceeds vehicle capacity may result in transit delays. Furthermore, it is the traveler’s sole responsibility to ensure all personal travel documents, passports, and necessary land-border visas are valid and fully compliant with state regulations prior to departure.
